How do I get started?

Sign up for your plan, then book a free onboarding call. We'll help you import contacts, set up your pipeline, and build your first automation.

How do I import my contacts?

Go to Contacts → Import → Upload CSV. Map your columns to Get360 fields and click import. We also assist with migration during onboarding.

How do automations work?

Go to Automation → Workflows → Create New. Pick a trigger (form submit, tag added, etc.), then add actions like send SMS, move pipeline stage, or wait.

How do I manage my billing?

Go to Settings → Billing. You can update your payment method, view invoices, or upgrade/downgrade your plan at any time.

How do I connect my email?

Go to Settings → Email → SMTP/Mailgun. You can connect your own domain email (e.g. Gmail, Outlook) or use our built-in sending service.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes. Cancel anytime from Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription. Your account remains active until the end of your billing period. No questions asked.
